Prefer to do it yourself? Once you sign up, the setup can read your website automatically, an AI assistant can fill everything in with you through a short chat, or you can enter it all by hand.
Online booking for personal training sessions
- Clients see your real free times and book a 1:1 session, a recurring slot or a group class themselves, day or night.
- Each trainer has their own hours and services, and clients choose who they book with.

Fewer no-shows: deposits and reminders
- Deposits at booking: take part of the price up front by card (Stripe). The money goes straight to your own Stripe account; we take no cut.
- Email reminders before every session, through your own mail server or our Email Service. Text messages are possible through our SMS app on your own Android phone (a one-time purchase) or with SMS credits.
- Waiting list: when someone cancels, the next client on the list gets the place offered.

Can clients book and pay online themselves?
Yes. They choose a free time, and if you ask for a deposit, they pay it by card when they book. The payment goes to your own Stripe account.
Can I sell session packages?
Yes. Create a pass with a number of sessions. Clients buy it online or from you, and every booking uses one session from it.
Does it work for group classes?
Yes. Set a capacity; when the class is full, new clients go onto a waiting list.
What does it cost if I work with other trainers?
The price is per location, not per trainer: €10$10 a month however many trainers you have. There is no commission on bookings.
Can clients book from my website?
Yes. Add a booking button to your site; for WordPress there is a free plugin.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
